How do I turn on the pause?
1. Open Shortcuts → Automation → New.
2. Choose “App”, select Instagram, check “Is Opened” and “Run Immediately”.
3. Add Mu's “Pause” action and choose Instagram.
Repeat for each app that distracts you.

How do I get back what I bought?
In the Mu app where you bought it: Pro → Restore purchases, with the same Apple ID you paid with.
Can I share Mu All with my family?
Yes. With Family Sharing, everyone in your family gets it without paying. Each app's Pro isn't shared.
I have Mu All, but another Mu app asks me to pay.
Open the Mu app you bought it in once: the others see it from there.
Why does Mu Mail ask Google or Microsoft for permission?
To read, archive and send your email from your iPhone. Emails go straight from Gmail or Outlook to your iPhone, without passing through any server of ours.
How do I delete my data?
We don't have any. Yours is on your iPhone and goes when you delete the app; what's in iCloud, in Settings → your name → iCloud.
